Who We Are
Dynamic Dental Ascension was born from a simple observation: dental school teaches you how to be a great clinician, but not how to be a great practice owner.
Founded by Dr. Tom Reed and Dr. Chris Green, DDA combines over 30 years of dental practice ownership experience. Dr. Reed built a multi-location group practice with eight successful acquisitions, while Dr. Green scaled a startup to $4.6 million in annual revenue at just 40% overhead. Both have accomplished what many practice owners dream of – creating successful practices that don't require their constant presence.
But what makes us truly different is that we haven't retreated to full-time coaching. We continue to own and operate practices, facing the same challenges you do. This means our strategies are battle-tested in today's dental market, not based on how things worked a decade ago.
